::Assistive Technology Evaluations::

The TASK TECH Center offers one-on-one assistive technology evaluations for individuals with special needs. The purpose of these evaluations is to individually match appropriate software and adaptive equipment to the individual's specific needs.

Our Assistive Technology Evaluations are conducted by our TECH Center staff, all of whom have completed their Assistive Technology Applications Certification through the California State University at Northridge.

Scheduling and Fees

Assistive Technology Evaluations must be scheduled in advance, and a technology questionnaire must be completed prior to the appointment. There is a consultation fee of $80.00 for two hours. This fee includes a written report. Fees are subject to change. 

Please note: Once your consultation has been scheduled, it is subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Your adjusted balance will then be refunded by check within 30 days of cancellation.
